ATB Level Up
ATB Level Up is a 10 week online program that’s delivered to your inbox. It includes weekly topics, entrepreneur experiences, workbooks, webinars and audio recordings.
Level Up is designed to help you learn in a way that fits into your schedule. If you’re a business owner or solopreneur looking to get the fundamentals of business—from culture to cash flow—this program will help you learn what you need to know to take your business to the next level.
Here’s what you can expect at ATB Level Up
- Weekly emails with workbooks, tools, and stories designed to help you build the skills you need to make your business stronger. See the topics covered below.
- Recorded webinars that dive into topics like Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram ads, and the employee lifecycle.
- Exclusive access to the ATB X Level Up LinkedIn Group, designed to help you grow your business and connect with other entrepreneurs in the community.

Time commitment: Readings average about 15 minutes with practical exercises to apply to your business. We recommend dedicating at least one to two hours per week (which can be split up depending on your schedule) to make the most of this course.

ATB X Accelerator
You’ve passed the startup phase, you’re generating a minimum of $50k in annual revenue, and are ready to grow your business. You can commit to an intensive 8 week program, up to 5 hours a week surrounded by Xperts, community and connections. If you read that and were nodding your head “yes,” then ATB X Accelerator could be a great fit for you!

You choose what you need to level up your business and we introduce you to the Xperts—entrepreneurs, business owners and community partners—who know from experience how to help you get there. They’ll share their wins, failures, tips and tools so you can grow your business faster through mentorship and weekly working sessions.
Here’s what you can expect at ATB X Accelerator
- Weekly working sessions. Topics range from culture to cash flow—each cohort receives programming customized to their needs (approximately 3 hours/week).
- Peer accountability and mentorship. Time for bonding, brainstorming and crushing your goals with other businesses. Receive one-on-one check-ins with our ATB X Managers to help you focus on your goals (approximately 1 hour/week).
- Industry Xperts and advisors. Connect with who you need, when you need it. From lawyers to accountants to mental health support, we can facilitate the introductions you’re looking for.
- Access to Work Nicer during the program. Space to work 24/7 with all the perks of a Work Nicer membership, plus access to hundreds of businesses for mentorship and collaboration.

Topics: The weekly topics are designed around your intake assessment that happens during the interview process. We curate each cohort and then develop the ‘How To’ session content and match the experts. General topics include sales, cash flow, growth, marketing, culture, and wellness.
Location: ATB X Accelerator will be held completely virtually! More details to come if you're selected.

Cost: Free
Requirement: Active ATB Business bank account before the start date of the program.
Time Commitment: The program can take up to 5 hours/week of your time. A detailed schedule will be sent out closer to the dates—it’s typically held weekdays in the morning. Founders and management level employees are welcome to take the program together.
