We created ATB X to offer programs that address the needs of all kinds of Albertan businesses—from startups, to solopreneurs, to growth stage businesses. ATB X is a customized, growth-focused experience delivered by businesses, for businesses, through experts, connections, and community.
ATB X Level Up is a 10 week online program that’s delivered to your inbox. It includes weekly topics, entrepreneur experiences, workbooks, webinars and audio recordings.
Level Up is designed to help you learn in a way that fits into your schedule. If you’re a business owner or solopreneur looking to get the fundamentals of business—from culture to cash flow—this program will help you learn what you need to know to take your business to the next level.
Location: Online, 10 weeks, delivered to your inbox every Monday
Dates: After you sign up, the course starts the following Monday
Time commitment: Readings average about 15 minutes with practical exercises to apply to your business. We recommend dedicating at least one to two hours per week (which can be split up depending on your schedule) to make the most of this course.

You’ve passed the startup phase, you’re generating a minimum of $50k in yearly revenue, and are ready to grow your business. You can commit to an intensive 11 week program, up to 6 hours a week surrounded by Xperts, community and connections. If you read that and were nodding your head “yes,” then ATB X Growth could be a great fit for you!
You choose what you need to level up your business and we introduce you to the Xperts—entrepreneurs, business owners and community partners—who know from experience how to help you get there. They’ll share their wins, failures, tips and tools so you can grow your business faster through mentorship and weekly working sessions.
Topics: The weekly topics are designed around your intake assessment that happens during the interview process. We curate each cohort and then develop the ‘How To’ session content and match the experts. General topics include sales, cash flow, growth, marketing, culture, and wellness.
Requirement: Active ATB Business bank account before the start date of the program
Time Commitment: The program can take up to 6 hours/week of your time. A detailed schedule will be sent out closer to the dates, but it’s typically held weekdays in the morning. Founders and management level employees are welcome to take the program together.
